SHIPPING METHOD

Molino Gaetano Roccasalva srl will email you the shipping number for the order at the address you provided when registering.
Delivery will take place as follows:
– the Carrier will ensure a delivery attempt to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order;
– if the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the Carrier will hold the parcel in stock; once the parcel is picked up at the location provided by the Carrier, a fee will be charged to cover the cost for the re-delivery and handling.

N.B.: It is very important to have someone available at the delivery address to accept the delivery.

The following Shipping costs for Carrier services are the Customer’s responsibility:
a) calculated automatically based on the delivery address provided when ordering;
b) our shipping service does not include the following additional services:
• delivery other than at street level
• delivery by appointment
• deposit fees due to absence of the addressee.

To request order status information, send an e-mail to info@molinoroccasalva.it. If the order includes two or more products, the order will be shipped when all the products become available. No separate shipments will be made. he Company can only accept on-line orders with delivery within Europe.

The Carrier normally delivers shipments within 24-48 business hours. Shipments to Sardinia are normally delivered within 72 business hours. However, these delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed due to possible delays resulting from contingencies outside of the control of Molino Gaetano Roccasalva srl.

At the time of delivery, it is very important that the Customer inspect the package(s) carefully for external damage. If tampering or damage is found to the package, carton and/or merchandise or the total number of parcels does not match, write UNCHECKED on the carrier’s receipt.

Once you sign the Carrier’s document, you will no longer be able to make a claim regarding the external characteristics of the delivered parcels. The CUSTOMER must report any problems regarding the physical integrity of the items received or regarding incorrect items or quantities within 48 hours of the delivery, either by telephone to the number +39 0932 779011 or e-mail to: info@molinoroccasalva.it
